腙衍生物构筑哒嗪骨架的研究进展

摘要 哒嗪化合物在医药、化工和农药等与民生息息相关的领域有着广泛应用,开发简便高效的合成方法构筑哒嗪骨架显得尤为重要。腙衍生物是一类常见的有机合成砌块,可作为亚胺异腈酸酯和氮杂双烯的反应前体,其在含氮杂环骨架构建方面备受化学家们的青睐。综述了哒嗪化合物合成方法的研究进展,并着重介绍了以腙衍生物为底物制备哒嗪骨架的方法。 The pyridazine and compounds have wide application in fields closely related to people's livelihood,such as pharmaceuticals,chemicals,and pesticides,it is of great importance to developing simple and efficient synthesis methods to construct pyridazine skeletons.Acylhydrazone is a common class of organic building blocks,which can be used as a precursor for the formation of imino-isocyanates and azadienes,and it has received considerable attention from chemists in the construction of nitrogen-containing heterocycles.In this paper,the research progress for the synthesis of pyridazine compounds was reviewed,the preparation of pyridazine skeletons using acylhydrazone as the feedstock was discussed.
