福建省绿色金融与碳减排的耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Development of Coupling and Coordination Between Green Finance and Carbon Emission Reduction in Fujian Province

通过构建绿色金融与碳减排综合评价指标体系,对福建省2013—2022年绿色金融和碳减排水平进行测度,分析两者之间的变化趋势及耦合协调度。结果表明:近10年来,福建省绿色金融发展与碳减排系统的耦合协调度总体上升,2013—2018年间反复波动,自2019年后进入良好协调发展阶段并稳步提升。应稳定提升绿色金融发展水平,加速产业结构低碳化转型,助推绿色金融和碳减排的协调稳定发展。

This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for green finance and carbon emission reduction.It measures the development levels of green finance and carbon emission reduction in Fujian Province from 2013 to 2022 and analyzes the changing trends and coupling coordination degree between the two.The results show that in the past ten years,the coupling coordination degree of green finance and carbon emission reduction has generally increased,fluctuating repeatedly between 2013 and 2018,and entering a good coordinated development stage since 2019,steadily improving.We should steadily upgrade the development level of green finance,accelerate the transformation of low-carbon industrial structure,and promote the coordinated and stable development of green finance and carbon emission reduction.
