摘要
辅导员队伍建设是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,现有的相关管理制度存在监督和博弈关系,难以激发工作主动性和提高工作效率。高赋能组织管理模式赋予个体自我发展目标、自我管理体系建设,营造自我发展良好氛围,有利于形成新时代高校师生同频共振相互激励的命运共同体。辅导员工作具有特殊性,其岗位边界清晰,并具备横向发展、融合发展能力,契合最优组织管理方案。通过授权辅导员一定的工作自主权、提高辅导员的工作决策自由宽度、提升辅导员的工作效率和质量,探索校级学生工作管理部门设立支持机制、二级单位学生管理部门认同释放权利、辅导员做好接受职权的准备建设等途径,强化辅导员的使命感和责任感,促进立德树人目标的顺利实现。
The construction of the counselor team is an important part of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The existing management system has a supervisory and game like relationship,which makes it difficult to stimulate work initiative and improve work efficiency.High empowerment organizational management model is endowed to promote self-development goals,self-management system construction,and create a good atmosphere for self-development,which is conducive to forming a community of shared destiny in the new era where teachers and students resonate and motivate each other.The work of a counselor is unique,with clear job boundaries and the ability for horizontal and integrated development,which is in line with the optimal organizational management plan.By authorizing counselors to have certain work autonomy,improving their decision-making freedom,enhancing their work efficiency and quality,exploring ways to establish support mechanisms for school level student work management departments,recognizing and releasing their rights by secondary unit student management departments,and preparing counselors to accept their authority,we can strengthen counselors’sense of mission and responsibility,and promote the smooth realization of the goal of moral education.
