摘要
核心素养教育旨在培养学生为适应终身发展和社会发展所必备的品格和关键能力。它的理论依据源自哲学、心理学、社会学、人类学、教育学等多学科层面。在高校进行核心素养教育,通识课程是其主要载体。以核心素养教育为视角,目前商科院校通识课程设置存在特色不足、缺乏多元性、忽略实践性等问题。核心素养教育视域下商科院校通识课程设置可以通过强调整体,使课程突出商科特色;加强互动联系,使课程多元化发展;加强实践性,使课程由静态变为动态,打造商科元素、思政元素、专业元素有机融合的育人课程新模式,以满足核心素养教育体系的内在要求,从而有助于大学生健康人格的培养。
Core literacy education aims to cultivate students’character and key abilities necessary to adapt to lifelong development and social development.Its theoretical basis comes from philosophy,psychology,sociology,anthropology,pedagogy and other multidisciplinary levels.Core literacy education is conducted in colleges and universities with general literacy courses as the main carrier.From the perspective of core literacy education,there are some problems in business colleges,such as the lack of characteristics,the shortage of diversity and neglect of practicality.From the perspective of core literacy education,the general curriculum can emphasize the curriculum of the whole,highlight the business characteristics,strengthen the interaction and the practicality,make the curriculum from static to dynamic,and create a new mode of business elements,ideological and political elements and professional elements,so as to meet the internal requirements of the core literacy education system,facilitating the cultivation of healthy personality of college students.
