Design and implementation of monitoring and management system based on industrial internet——Taking tobacco storage monitoring and maintenance as an example

研究设计并实现了一个片烟仓储监测与养护数据管理系统,通过布置在仓库与烟草垛内的传感采集数据实现仓储烟叶的温湿度、箱温、氧气等环节因子全自动监测,利用各类大数据的采集、整合和分析,系统不仅指导了气体调控和养护作业,还实现了数据的智能化管理。在系统安全设计和实施过程中,充分重视数据的安全保障和隐私保护,包括数据的加密传输、权限控制、用户身份验证等措施,以及如何防范数据泄露和未经授权的访问。

This study aims to design and implement a tobacco storage monitoring and maintenance data management system.The system can automatically monitor the temperature and humidity,box temperature,oxygen and other factors of stored tobacco by the sensor data collected in the warehouse and the tobacco stack.Moreover,it can provide guidance on gas regulation and maintenance and carry out the intelligent management of data through the collection,integration and analysis of various data.During the design and implementation of system security,full attention was given to data security and privacy protection,including data encryption transmission,authority control,user authentication and other measures,as well as prevention against data leakage and unauthorized access.
