绿色建筑展示中心项目以绿色建筑理念为基础,打造了既环保又经济可行的建筑群体,是雄安新区“工业设计五个一工程”的重点项目。项目建造过程运用了BIM技术和智慧工地数据决策系统,结合绿色建造的核心理念,实现了工地的数字化、精细化和智能化管理。通过BIM技术对设计图纸进行深化设计,并基于BIM和VR技术对钢结构构件的生产和安装进行全过程的信息化管理。同时,智慧工地系统被用于对超高危大工程进行智能监测,实现了对现场扬尘治理和大型机械操作的可视化管理。该项目应用的绿色建造技术显著提升了项目的精细化管理水平,具有一定的推广和参考价值。

The Green Building Exhibition Center project,designed with a focus on environmental sustainability and economic feasibility,is a key initiative under the“Five One Industrial Design Project”in Xiong'an New Area.This project employs BIM technology and a smart construction site data decision-making system to integrate the core principles of green construction,achieving digital,refined,and intelligent site management.BIM technology is utilized to deepen design details,and comprehensive information management of steel structure component production and installation is facilitated through BIM and VR visual disclosure.The intelligent construction site system enables smart monitoring of high-risk large projects and visual management of on-site dust control and large-scale machinery operations.The application of green construction technologies in this project has significantly improved management precision and offers valuable reference for similar projects.
