TCU中密封件骨架对传感器信号影响研究

摘要 随着国内机械式自动变速箱(Mechanical Automatic Transmission,AMT)的市场保有量越来越大,其中的核心变速箱控制单元(Transmission Control Unit,TCU)的地位日益凸显,其涉及到传感器、电路、密封、控制等多方面的集成。对于密封件而言,区别于传统骨架仅起支撑作用的设计,还需避免骨架对传感器等零部件的影响。介绍了密封件中骨架对于传感器的信号感应影响的研究,为后续类似应用中密封件设计提供了指导意义。 With the expanding market of AMT(mechanical automatic transmission)in China,the importance of the TCU(transmission control unit)is becoming increasingly prominent,which involves the integration of sensors,circuits,seals,controls and other aspects.For seals,different from the traditional skeleton design that only plays a reinforcement role,it is also necessary to avoid the influence of the skeleton on the sensor and other components.This paper introduces the research on the influence of the seal skeleton on the sensor signal,which provides guidance for the design of seals in similar applications in the future.
