摘要
挖掘机液压缸多采用浮动式缓冲结构,缓冲异响对液压缸使用寿命与客户体验均有较大影响。分析浮动式缓冲的结构特点,对各阶段缓冲套的姿态进行研究。结合对异响故障件的拆解分析,论述产生异响的五种因素及其抑制对策。运用自主研发的天枢振动诊断系统,对正常件、异响件与异响返修件进行对比测试,验证了分析与改善的有效性。
Excavator hydraulic cylinders adopt floating buffer structures usually,and the buffering noise has a significant impact on the service life and customer experience of the hydraulic cylinders.This article analyzes the structural characteristics of floating buffer,studies the posture of buffer sleeves in each stage.By disassembling and analyzing the faulty components with abnormal noises,this paper discusses five factors that cause abnormal noises and their suppression strategies.The self-developed Tianshu vibration diagnosis system is used to compare the normal parts,abnormal parts and abnormal parts,and the test results verify the effectiveness of the analysis and improvement.
