摘要
介绍了一种电液调速器及该调速器上使用的单喷嘴挡板电液阀的工作原理,并以此建立AMESim模型。对单喷嘴挡板电液阀的5个关键结构参数采用正交试验分析方法,仿真分析其对性能的影响,优选出这些关键结构参数的组合方案。此方法可确定电液调速器用电液阀的关键结构参数的最优值。
Operation principle of electro-hydraulic governor and single nozzle flapper electro-hydraulic valve used in the governor are introduced.And its numerical model is built based on AMESim software.Five key structural parameters are set to the single nozzle flapper electro-hydraulic valve,and the influence of the key parameters on the performance is estimated by orthogonal test,and the combination scheme of key structural parameters is optimized.It provides the basis for the selection of key parameters in the structural design of single nozzle flapper electro-hydraulic valve.
