科技社团促进专业学位研究生培养途径——以中国林学会为例

摘要 科技社团是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是建设科技强国的重要力量,在推动科技进步、培育高素质人才、促进完善社会治理体系中发挥着越来越重要的作用。专业学位研究生教育是教育改革的重点方向,是培养社会各行各业特定职业高层次人才的有效举措。科技社团在促进专业学位研究生教育中具有独特优势条件。文中以中国林学会为例,分析了科技社团促进林业专业学位研究生培养的途径:首先,针对当前我国林业专业学位研究生教育过程中存在的培养目标不明确、培养层次不完善、校外导师作用不明显和实践基地建设不完备等问题,基于中国林学会的优势条件,提出了打造“学校+导师+学会”联合体,共同促进林业专业学位研究生培养的构想;其次,从整合专家资源、优化校外导师库,开展学术活动、搭建交流平台,建立实践基地、提升专业素养,组建服务团队、增强专业能力等方面提出中国林学会促进林业专业学位研究生培养的具体路径。 Science and technology societies are an important part of the national innovation system,and also an important force in the building of science and technology power.They are playing an increasingly important role in promoting scientific and technological progress,cultivating high-quality talents,and promoting the improvement of the social governance.The mater of professional studies is the key direction of education reform and an effective measure to cultivate high-level talents of specific professions in all walks of life.Science and technology societies have unique advantages in promoting the cultivation of masters of professional studies.Taking the Chinese Society of Forestry as an example,this paper analyzes the pathways to promoting the cultivation of the masters of professional studies on forestry.First of all,in view of the problems existing in the current forestry graduate education,such as unclear objectives,unclear cultivation levels,failure to bring full play of the role of off-campus supervisors and shortage of cultivation bases,the paper puts forward the idea of building a consortium of“School+Supervisor+Society”to jointly promote the cultivation of forestry master of professional studies based on the advantages of Chinese Forestry Society.Secondly,the specific pathways that the Chinese Society of Forestry can adopt to promote the cultivation are proposed,i.e.,integrating expert resources,optimizing the bank of external supervisors,carrying out academic activities,building exchange platforms,establishing internship bases,improving professional quality,building service teams and enhancing professional capacities.
