一种人工辅助分级接酒装置的设计与应用

Design and Implementation of a Utility Model Relates to a Manual Auxiliary Grading Receiving Device for Baijiu

白酒酿造蒸馏过程中,分级接酒是其中重要的环节,对确保出酒率和原酒的品质具有重要作用。本文分析与探讨了一种人工辅助分级接酒装置,该装置主要包括接酒漏斗、流量控制模块、酒花检测模块、己酸乙酯检测装置、正丙醇检测装置和优质酒保存模块等部分组成;其中,流量控制模块用于控制原酒进入酒花检测模块时的流量,酒花检测模块用于根据原酒产生的酒花来进行分类,优质酒保存模块用于使分级出来的优质酒存放在静态稳定的环境。该辅助分级接酒装置的应用,可以由通过设置的流量控制模块和酒花检测模块,对蒸馏出的原酒的流量进行控制,使产生的酒花不受流量的影响,确保酒花检测的准确程度。

In the distillion process of baijiu,graded receiving is an important craft,which plays an important role in ensuring the yield and the quality of the original baijiu.This paper analyzed and discussed a kind of artificial auxiliary classification baijiu-picking device,which mainly consists of baijiu-picking funnel,flow control module,hop detection module,ethyl caproate detection device,n-propanol detection device and high-quality baijiu preservation module.Among which,the flow control module is used to control the flow of raw baijiu when entering the hop detection module,the hop detection module is used to classify the original baijiu according to the hops produced by the original baijiu,and the quality baijiu preservation module is used to store the graded quality baijiu in a static and stable environment.The application of the auxiliary classification baijiu-receiving device can control the flow of the distilled raw baijiu by setting the flow control module and hop detection module,so that the generated hops are not affected by the flow and ensure the accuracy of hop detection.
