目前,白酒酿造正是向机械化、智能化、数字化快速发展的时期,利用科学技术来设计和应用设备的运维平台,是当前酿酒行业解决设备故障率频繁发生的一种有效途径,通过系统的应用监督到点检工人对日常设备的点检工作的落实。通过对设备出现的故障率与设备维修的费用,提出了利用现代化智能运维平台和点检定修制相结合的方法将设备管理工作落实的更扎实,从而降低设备故障率,减少设备的维修成本,提升整个设备的完好率。

At present,the liquor brewing is mechanization,intelligent,digital rapid development period,the use of science and technology to design and application of equipment operations platform,is the current brewing industry to solve the equipment failure rate of an effective way,through the application of the system supervision to point inspection workers on the implementation of the daily equipment.Through the failure rate of equipment and the cost of equipment maintenance,the paper puts forward the combination of modern intelligent operation and maintenance platform and point verification and repair to implement the equipment management work more solidly,so as to reduce the failure rate of equipment,reduce the maintenance cost of equipment,and improve the integrity rate of the whole equipment.
