摘要
新质生产力代表着先进生产力的演进方向,是中国经济高质量发展的重要着力点。基于企业内外部驱动路径的调节作用,探讨技术创新对企业新质生产力发展的影响效应。研究发现,包括探索式创新与利用式创新在内的技术创新能够显著促进企业新质生产力发展;建立以知识产权保护、市场化程度为基础的“外部制度型”驱动路径和以企业家精神为基础的“内部引领型”驱动路径均能够对技术创新与企业新质生产力的关系起到正向调节作用;异质性分析表明,大型企业技术创新对新质生产力发展的促进作用强于中小型企业,东部地区企业技术创新对新质生产力发展的促进作用强于其他地区企业。研究结果为技术创新驱动企业新质生产力发展增加了实证依据,为提高企业高质量发展水平提供经验启示。
New quality productivity represents the evolution direction of advanced productivity,and is an important focus point for the high-quality development of China's economy.Based on the moderating role of internal and external driving paths of enterprises,the study explores the effect of technological innovation on the development of new quality productivity of enterprises.The study finds that technological innovation,including exploratory innovation and utilization innovation,can significantly promote the development of new productivity of enterprises;the establishment of"external institutional"driving paths based on intellectual property protection and the degree of marketization,and"internal leading"driving paths based on entrepreneurship can have a significant impact on the development of new productivity of enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of technological innovation on the development of new productivity is stronger for large enterprises than for small and medium-sized enterprises,and the promotion effect of technological innovation on the development of new productivity is stronger for enterprises in the eastern region than for enterprises in other regions.The results of the study add empirical evidence for the development of new productivity driven by technological innovation,and provide empirical insights for improving the level of high-quality development of enterprises.
