新疆农村电商发展水平与农民增收耦合关系评价

Evaluation of the Coupling Relationship between the Development Level of Rural E-commerce and Farmers’Income Increase in Xinjiang

基于2013—2022年新疆农村电商发展水平与农民增收的相关数据,运用耦合协调度模型,对农村电商发展水平和农民增收的耦合关系进行测度分析。研究发现,新疆农村电商发展水平与农民增收具有耦合关系,两系统的耦合协调水平从拮抗耦合进入高水平耦合,并从失调阶段过渡到协调阶段,明显呈现向好的发展趋势。根据新疆农村电商发展水平与农民增收的研究结论及实际情况,提出相应的政策启示,为推动农村电商与农民增收发展提供参考。

Based on the relevant data of rural E-commerce development level and farmers’income increase in Xinjiang from 2013 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree model is used to measure and analyze the coupling relationship between rural E-commerce development level and farmers’income increase.It is found that there is a coupling relationship between the development level of rural E-commerce and farmers’income increase in Xinjiang,and the coupling and coordination level of the two systems has changed from antagonistic coupling to high-level coupling,and has transitioned from the disorder stage to the coordination stage,showing a clear development trend.Based on the actual situation and research conclusions of rural E-commerce development level and farmers’income increase in Xinjiang,corresponding policy implications are put forward,which will provide reference for promoting the development of rural e-commerce and farmers’income increase.
