Unraveling light localization in quasi-periodic photonic lattices

摘要 Light localization has transformative implications for advancing the fields of chemistry and physics,enabling new approaches in sensing,imaging,energy harvesting,photochemical catalysis,molecular-scale optoelectronic devices,and information processing and data storage.This term refers to the confinement of electromagnetic waves(light)within a small spatial region,typically much smaller than the wavelength of the light itself[1].
