机场群航空物流竞争力评价及耦合度研究

The Evaluation of Competitiveness and Coupling Degree of Airport Clusters in China

机场群航空物流竞争力是反映区域航空物流发展水平的重要标志,从区域经济、运输规模、保障设施以及发展潜力4个维度构建机场群航空物流竞争力评价指标体系,运用熵权法、突变级数法、耦合协调度模型对长三角机场群、京津冀机场群、粤港澳机场群以及成渝机场群航空物流竞争力及其耦合协调度进行评价分析。结果表明,我国机场群航空物流竞争力排名依次为长三角机场群、粤港澳机场群、京津冀机场群、成渝机场群。机场群航空物流耦合协调度排名与竞争力排名相同,但机场群间存在较大差距。在此基础上,为各机场群航空物流发展提出对策建议,以提升航空物流竞争力。

The competitiveness of airport clusters in the field of aviation logistics is an important indicator reflecting the level of regional aviation logistics development.This study constructs an evaluation index system for the competitiveness of airport clusters in terms of regional economy,transport scale,infrastructure,and development potential.The entropy weight method,mutation series method,and coupling coordination degree model are applied to evaluate and analyze the competitiveness and coupling coordination of the airport clusters in the Yangtze River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao,and Chengdu-Chongqing regions.The results indicate that the ranking of airport cluster competitiveness in China is as follows:Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and Chengdu-Chongqing.The ranking of coupling coordination degree in airport clusters is consistent with the competitiveness ranking,but there are significant disparities among the airport clusters.Based on these findings,strategic recommendations are proposed for the development of aviation logistics in each airport cluster to enhance their competitiveness.
