做大做强武汉航运中心的对策建议

On the Measurements to Improve the Productivity of Wuhan Shipping Center

武汉航运中心是湖北省畅通国内国际双循环物流通道的重要枢纽,是内陆开放型经济发展的重要依托。本文通过剖析武汉航运中心存在的短板不足,借鉴国内外典型航运中心建设经验,结合新形势新要求,从强化水运通道物流能力、提升港口综合服务能力、建设中欧班列集结中心、拓展水运口岸服务功能、大力发展现代航运服务、加大水运发展支持力度六个方面提出做大做强武汉航运中心的对策措施,为更好服务支撑外向型经济发展,助力湖北省加快建设全国构建新发展格局先行区。

Wuhan shipping canter is an important hub of unimpeded domestic and international double circulation logistics channel in Hubei Province,and is an important support for the development of inland open economy.This paper by analysing the shortcomings of Wuhan shipping canter,draw lessons from the construction experience of the typical shipping canter both at home and abroad,combined with the new situation new requirements,from the strengthening water channel logistics ability,improve port comprehensive service ability,the construction of central trains assembly canter,expand water port service function,develop the modern shipping services,strengthen water development support six aspects put forward bigger and stronger Wuhan shipping canter countermeasures,for better service to support export-oriented economic development,power to speed up the construction of the Hubei province to build a new development pattern.
