民航飞行学员决策能力影响因素的研究

Research on the Factors Affecting Decision-making Ability of Student Pilots in Civil Aviation

为了研究影响民航飞行学员决策能力的因素,提高训练安全水平,本文基于HFACS模型构建飞行学员决策能力影响因素指标体系,编制了指标的影响程度问卷。共收集了148份有效问卷,应用熵权法确定指标权重后对影响因素进行重要度排序;并使用Apriori关联规则算法挖掘问卷数据,进而表明影响因素之间的关联性。结果表明,一级指标中的心理状态因素和个人准备因素对飞行学员决策能力影响最大,权重分别为0.3639和0.2234。二级指标中的情境意识、注意力分配、任务熟练度和安全意识因素有较大影响,权重分别为0.0634、0.0609、0.0507、0.0479。此外,沟通协调能力和飞行知识掌握度对情境意识有强关联关系。

In order to study the factors affecting the decision-making ability of civil aviation student pilots and improve the safety level of training,this paper contributed the index system of influencing factors of student pilots'decision-making ability based on HFACS model,and compiled the questionnaires on the influenced degree of indicators.This study collected a total of 148 valid questionnaires,and used the entropy weight method to determine the weight of the indicators,and then ranked the importance of the influencing factors.The Apriori association rule algorithm was applied to mine questionnaire data,thereby indicating the correlation between influencing factors.The results show that the psychology factor and personal preparation factor in the first-level indicators have the greatest influence on the decision-making ability of student pilots,with weights of 0.3639 and 0.2234.The situation awareness,attention distribution,task proficiency and safety awareness factors in the secondary indicators have a great influence,and the weights are 0.0634,0.0609,0.0507 and 0.0479.In addition,communication and coordination ability and flight knowledge mastery have a strong correlation with situation awareness.
