枢纽经济发展水平评价指标体系构建及实证

Construction and Demonstration of the Evaluation Index System for the Development Level of Hub Economy

枢纽经济是新发展阶段交通运输和区域经济高质量发展的重要抓手,为科学量化区域枢纽经济发展水平,在分析枢纽经济发展关键影响因素的基础上,选择运输网络、枢纽建设、物流体系、枢纽偏好型产业和枢纽要素5个维度,筛选出37项覆盖全面、可量化、可比较的指标,构建了枢纽经济发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,并应用于我国31个省(自治区、直辖市,不含港澳台)的枢纽经济发展水平测度,为量化和有针对性地提升各省枢纽经济发展水平提供参考和借鉴。

Hub economy is an important means for high-quality development of transportation and regional economy in the new stage of development. In order to scientifically quantify the development level of regional hub economy, based on the analysis of key influencing factors of hub economic development, five dimensions of transportation network, hub construction, logistics system, hub preference industry and hub elements are selected. A totle of 37 comprehensive, quantifiable, and comparable indicators were selected to establish a hub economic development evaluation index system. And the entropy method was used to determine the weight of indicators and applied to measure the development level of hub economy in 31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central government, excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) in China,providing reference and reference for quantifying and targeted improvement of the development level of hub economy in each province.
