摘要
CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道是我国高速铁路采用的主要轨道结构之一,是典型的纵连式无砟轨道,受温度荷载影响,在极端高温条件下会出现轨道板上拱离缝、宽窄接缝破损等病害,影响轨道的平顺性和耐久性,严重威胁到行车安全。本文结合CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道结构特点,分析了胀板病害产生机理,根据京沪高铁现场调研,重点分析胀板病害规律,总结运营条件下高速铁路胀板整治施工技术,为无砟轨道防胀工作提供参考。
CRTS Ⅱ type plate ballastless track is one of the main track structures adopted in China's HighSpeed Railway, which is a typical longitudinal ballastless track. Affected by the temperature load, under the extreme high temperature conditions, there will be diseases such as arching away from the seam on the track plate, and wide and narrow joints breakage, which will affect the smoothness and durability of the track,and seriously threaten the safety of the train. This paper combines the structural characteristics of CRTS Ⅱ type plate ballastless track, analyses the mechanism of expanding plate disease, focuses on analyzing the law of expanding plate disease according to the on-site research of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway,summarizes the construction technology of expanding plate remediation of high-speed railways under the operating conditions, and provides reference for the work of anti-ballasted track expanding prevention.
