基于TOD发展的停车分区分圈层策略研究——以贵阳为例

摘要 TOD发展模式是实现城市高质量发展的关键突破点,其核心理念和内容为破解城市停车问题提供了一种新思路、新模式。本文探讨TOD发展与破解停车问题关系,分析贵阳市停车交通问题,研究面向TOD发展的破解城市停车问题的思路和停车分区分圈层策略,提出面向TOD的城市停车发展的若干关键,以期实现结合TOD发展破解贵阳停车问题,为我国TOD高质量发展及缓解交通拥堵提供参考。 The TOD development model is a key breakthrough point in achieving high-quality urban development,and its core concept and content provide a new approach and model for solving urban parking problems.This article points out the relationship between TOD development and solving parking problems.Taking Guiyang as a case study,it analyzes the problems existing in urban parking development,proposes a solution to solve urban parking problems based on the TOD concept,and focuses on the strategy of dividing parking zones and layers for TOD development.The study also proposes several key points for TOD oriented urban parking development.It is expected to achieve a breakthrough in solving parking problems in Guiyang by combining TOD development,and provide reference for the high-quality development of TOD in China and alleviate traffic congestion.
