高职院校实训室安全管理方式探究

Research on Safety Management Mode of Training Room in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校实训室是学校技能教学和技能训练的重要场所,其内仪器设备和材料种类众多,实训教学任务、人员流动量大,潜在安全隐患和不利因素复杂。本文通过分析高职院校实训场所可能存在的不利因素,结合自身多年实训室安全管理经验,从健全安全管理运行机制、加强安全宣传引导、加快安全人才引进、加大安全检查力度、加速安全信息化建设等方面,对高职院校实训室安全管理方式进行了探索。

The training room of higher vocational colleges is an important place for skill teaching and training.There are many kinds of equipment and materials,large of teaching tasks and personnel flow,the potential safety hazards and adverse factors are complicated.By analyzing the possible disadvantages in the training place of higher vocational colleges and combining with my own years of experience in safety management of the training room.This paper explores the safety management mode of training room in higher vocational colleges,from the aspects of perfecting the operating mechanism of safety management,speeding up the introduction of safety talents,increasing the intensity of safety inspection and accelerating the construction of safety information.,etc.
