随着碳达峰、碳中和政策逐渐落地,加之复杂的国际气候与经贸博弈,企业发展面临前所未有的压力,加快绿色低碳转型发展成为我国经济转型发展的必由之路。碳排放标准化人才的培养是实施低碳路径的基础,我国面临碳排放管理标准化人才短缺、培养体系不健全、培养机制不完善等一系列问题。本文针对碳排放管理标准化人才培养的现状、存在的问题及未来发展需求进行阐述,为碳排放标准化人才培养提供参考。

With the gradual implementation of carbon peak and carbon neutrality policies,coupled with complex international climate and economic negotiations,enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure.Accelerating green and low-carbon transformation and development have become the only way for China's economic transformation and development.The cultivation of carbon emissions standardization talents is the foundation for implementing low-carbon pathways.China faces a series of problems such as a shortage of carbon emissions management standardization talents,an incomplete training system,and inadequate training mechanisms.This article expounds on the current situation,existing problems,and future development needs of carbon emissions standardization talent cultivation,providing a reference for the training of such talents.
