摘要
随着新能源技术的飞速发展,构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统是推动节能减排的必然趋势,实现新能源充分消纳、满足用户侧灵活接入成为新能源技术的重要研究方向。为此提出了一种基于新能源接入的新型交直流储能单元配电网规划方法。提出了交直流储能单元的技术方案,该方案能提供灵活的接入方式;以储能单元的交直流配电网物理架构为基础,实现多种型式新能源的灵活接入,提供高可靠性的电能。
Rapid development of new energy technology makes the construction of new power system based on new energy generations the inevitable trend in promoting energy saving and emission reduction.Thorough absorption and consumption of new energy sources and flexible access at the user side has become an important research direction.This paper proposes a new method of planning distribution networks containing AC/DC energy storage unit aiming at facilitate grid-connection of new energy generation.It entails the technical scheme of AC/DC energy storage unit which can provide flexible access modes,and physical architecture of energy storage-contained AC/DC distribution networks which can help in realizing flexible access of various source types and providing highly reliable power supply.
