摘要
CLLC谐振变换器能够实现双向功率传输,具有高功率密度、高效率的特点,但传统的参数设计方法步骤繁琐且求解困难。为此,深入分析CLLC谐振变换器的工作原理和工作特性,综合考虑参数对CLLC谐振变换器增益、模式切换条件、软开关和功率损耗的影响,提出一种基于时域模型的参数优化设计方法,以实现宽电压输出范围和窄频带范围。在2 kW的实验中,所提出的参数设计方法在一定频带范围内效率达到98.3%,证明了时域分析的准确性以及参数优化方法的有效性。
CLLC resonant converters can realize bidirectional power transmission,which has the characteristics of high power density and high efficiency,but the conventional parameter design method is cumbersome and difficult to solve.To this end,by deeply analyzing working principle and working characteristics of CLLC resonance converters,and comprehensively considering the influence of parameters on gain,mode switching conditions,soft switching and power loss,a parameter optimization design method based on time domain model was proposed,aiming at a wide voltage output range and a narrow frequency band range.In a 2 kW test,the proposed method achieved an efficiency reaching 98.3%within a certain frequency band,which indicated the accuracy of the time domain analysis and the effectiveness of the parameter optimization method.
