基于变频节能技术的煤矿机电设备运行优化方法

摘要 煤矿机电设备种类繁多,不同设备的维护和保养方式不同,给设备的维护和保养工作带来很大的困难,导致煤矿机电设备运行成本较高。为此,设计一种基于变频节能技术的煤矿机电设备运行优化方法。利用变频节能技术对煤矿机电设备进行改进,实现节能优化。建立煤矿机电设备运行的目标函数,明确设备运行的最优状态,从而更有效地降低能耗。然而,设备运行会受到各种约束条件的限制,如设备性能、环境因素等,因此需对这些约束条件进行分析,以确保节能优化的可行性和有效性。在此基础上,建立一套运行能耗优化管理模式,通过实时监测和调整设备运行状态,实现煤矿机电设备的节能降耗,提高煤矿的生产效率。实验结果表明,应用变频节能技术优化后,所有设备的能耗均有所降低,各机械设备的节能率均高于30%,这意味着通过变频节能技术优化,成功地减少了机电设备的能耗,提高了能源利用效率。 There are various types of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,and the maintenance and upkeep methods of different equipment are different,which brings great difficulties to the maintenance and upkeep of equipment,resulting in high operating costs of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment.Therefore,this paper designs an optimization method for the operation of coal mine electromechanical equipment based on frequency conversion energy-saving technology to improve coal mine electromechanical equipment and achieve energy conservation.An objective function for the operation of coal mine electromechanical equipment is established to clarify the optimal state of equipment operation and thus more effectively reduce energy consumption.However the operation of devices is limited by various constraints such as device performance,environmental factors,etc.Therefore it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of these constraints to ensure feasibility and effectiveness of energy-saving optimization.On this basis,a set of operational energy consumption optimization management modes are established,which enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of equipment operation status and further achieves energy conservation and consumption reduction of coal mine electromechanical equipment.The experimental results show that after applying frequency conversion energy-saving technology optimization,the energy consumption of all equipment has been reduced,and the energy-saving rates of all the independent mechanical equipment is higher than 30%.This means that by using frequency conversion energy-saving technology optimization,the energy consumption of mechanical and electrical equipment has been successfully reduced,and the energy utilization efficiency has been improved.
