摘要
提出了现浇混凝土墙体内的暗装配电箱箱体施工工法,通过提前加入有效的增加刚性和柔性支撑的措施,保证箱体直接浇筑在混凝土内不产生形变并确保导管可一次性施工到位。所提施工工法经多个工程反复试验验证,适用于高度大于1.4 m且半周长小于1 m的现浇墙体内的暗装配电箱箱体,特别是住宅工程中户箱的安装,有助于简化施工工序、减少交叉作业,提高施工效率和质量。
This paper proposes a construction method for installing concealed distribution boxes inside cast-in-place concrete walls.By adding effective measures to increase rigidity and flexibility in advance,the method ensures that the box is directly poured into the concrete without deformation and that the conduit can be installed at one attempt.The proposed construction method has been repeatedly tested and verified in multiple projects suitable for concealed distribution boxes in cast-in-place walls with a height greater than 1.4 meters and a half circumference less than 1 meter,especially for the installation of household boxes in residential projects.It helps to simplify construction process,reduce cross operations,and improve construction efficiency and quality.
