摘要
金属氧化物避雷器在电力系统中具有防雷和过电压保护作用。介绍一起35 kV氧化锌避雷器典型故障案例,通过在线监测、红外检测、外观检查、电气试验及解体分析综合判定避雷器因上接线柱绝缘浇筑工艺不良致使其内部严重积水受潮进而造成整体发热。最后根据故障原因对后续运维检修工作提出了建议。
Metal oxide arresters have the function of lightning protection and overvoltage protection in power system.This paper reports a typical fault case encountered by an actual 35 kV zinc oxide arrester.Through on-line monitoring,appearance inspection,infrared detection,power outage test and disassembly analysis,it is comprehensively determined that the fault is caused by poor insulation pouring process of the upper terminal column,resulting in serious internal water accumulation and moisture,resulting in overall heating.Finally,according to the cause of the failure,some suggestions are put forward for enhancing the subsequent operation and maintenance work.
