摘要
水杨羟肟酸是一种对氧化矿具有螯合作用的捕收剂之一,因其含有苯环结构而具有一定的生物毒性。若不经有效处理而直接排放地表水体,将对水环境造成严重污染。目前国内外有多种处理方法,其中氧化降解法受到环境工作者的广泛关注。本文选择含水杨羟肟酸选矿废水作为研究对象,探索采用过硫酸盐氧化降解法对含水杨羟肟酸模拟选矿废水进行降解处理。考察了自然光照下含水杨羟肟酸模拟废水的降解率、过硫酸盐对含水杨羟肟酸模拟废水氧化降解的影响、微波辐射对含水杨羟肟酸模拟废水氧化降解的影响、微波辐射强化过硫酸盐对含水杨羟肟酸模拟废水氧化降解的影响、含水杨羟肟酸模拟废水初始浓度对微波强化过硫酸盐氧化降解的影响。实验结果表明:含水杨羟肟酸模拟废水自然光照降解率非常低;过硫酸盐和微波辐射对水杨羟肟酸降解率并不比自然光照下提高很多,但微波辐射强化过硫酸盐能有效提高水杨羟肟酸的氧化降解效果,这主要是微波辐射使得过硫酸盐获得更多的能量,从而使过硫酸盐中的O-O键更容易发生断裂而生成氧化还原电位较高的硫酸盐自由基。
Salicylhydroxamic acid is one of the collectors that can chelate oxidized ore and has certain biological toxicity because it contains benzene ring structure.If the surface water body is discharged directly without effective treatment,it will cause serious pollution to the water environment.At present,there are many treatment methods at home and abroad,among which oxidative degradation method has been widely concerned by environmental workers.In this paper,the wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid was selected as the research object to explore the degradation of simulated wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid by persulfate oxidation.The degradation rate of simulated wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid under natural light,the effect of persulfate on the oxidative degradation of simulated wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid,the effect of microwave radiation on the oxidative degradation of simulated wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid,the effect of microwave radiation on the oxidative degradation of simulated wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid,and the effect of initial concentration of simulated wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid on microwave enhancement of persulfuric acid were investigated Effect of salt oxidative degradation.The results showed that the degradation rate of simulated wastewater containing salicylhydroxamic acid by natural light was very low.The degradation rate of salicylhydroxamic acid by persulfate and microwave radiation is not much higher than that under natural light,but the enhancement of persulfate by microwave radiation can effectively improve the oxidative degradation effect of salicylhydroxamic acid,which is mainly because microwave radiation makes persulfate obtain more energy.Therefore,the O-O bond in persulfate is more likely to be broken and sulfate free radicals with higher REDOX potential are generated.
