摘要
聚合物加氢是高分子材料性能改性的重要手段,改性后的聚合物在耐热性以及耐老化方面有显著的改进,目前聚合物加氢催化剂的研究已经成为化工领域关注的重点。相比小分子化合物,高分子材料具有更高的黏度、更多的化学键、更复杂的构型,因此所使用的催化剂也要求更高。本论文通过回顾聚合物加氢催化剂的发展历程,总结了近年来各类聚合物氢化催化剂的工业应用以及研究进展,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Polymer hydrogenation is an important means of performance modification of polymer materials,and the modified polymer has significant improvements in heat resistance and aging resistance,so the research on polymer hydrogenation catalysts has become the focus of attention in the field of chemical industry.Compared with small molecule compounds,polymer materials have higher viscosity,more chemical bonds,and more complex configurations,so the catalysts used are also more demanding.In this paper,we summarize the industrial applications and research progress of various polymer hydrogenation catalysts in recent years by reviewing the development process of polymer hydrogenation catalysts,and prospect their future development directions.
