摘要
人参皂苷CK(Compound K)属于稀有人参皂苷,是由天然二醇型人参皂苷经肠道微生物转化得到的主要代谢产物,在天然人参药材中几乎是不存在的,其具有独特的化学结构和药理活性,在抗癌、抗炎、抗糖尿病、调节神经系统、抗血管生成、抗衰老等方面表现出高度的安全性和多样性生物学。人参皂苷CK在人体内吸收度高,但生产技术和成本高,采用高效生物转化方法合成人参皂苷CK,将进一步提高其在药物研发领域的应用价值,扩大人参皂苷CK在药物和大健康领域的应用。本文综述了人参皂苷CK药理学活性及生物转化合成研究的研究进展,以期为人参皂苷CK的生产和应用提供参考。
Ginsenoside CK(Compound K)belongs to the rare ginsenosides,which is the main metabolite obtained from natural diol-type ginsenosides by intestinal microbial transformation,and is almost nonexistent in natural ginseng herbs,and it has a unique chemical structure and pharmacological activity,and has shown a high degree of safety in the areas of anticancer,anti-inflammation,antidiabetic,regulation of the nervous system,antiangiogenesis,and antiaging,and a high degree of diversity biology.Ginsenoside CK is highly absorbed in the human body,but the production technology and cost are high.The synthesis of ginsenoside CK by an efficient biotransformation method will further enhance its application value in the field of drug discovery and expand the application of ginsenoside CK in the field of drugs and great health.This paper reviews the research progress of ginsenoside CK pharmacological activity and bioconversion synthesis studies,with a view to providing reference for the production and application of ginsenoside CK.
