摘要 设计优良的海上油田生产水处理系统对于油田开发的降本增效、安全生产和绿色环保有重要意义。文章介绍了海上油田生产水处理系统工艺流程的选择方法、常用设备的处理效果以及典型流程应用实例,归纳了生产水处理系统的主要设计原则,阐述了水力旋流器、溶气式气浮和水处理过滤器等设备关键工艺参数的设计和计算,提出了常见的设计失误和相应的改进措施。 A well-designed offshore oilfield produced water treatment system is of great significance for the cost reduction,efficiency enhancement,safety production,and green and environmental protection in oilfield development.This article introduces the selection method of the process for the produced water treatment system of offshore oil fields,the treatment effects of common equipment,and typical process application examples.It summarizes the main design principles of the produced water treatment system,elaborates on the design and calculations for key process parameters of the equipment such as hydrocyclone,dissolved gas flotation,and water treatment filters,and proposes common design errors and the corresponding improvement measures.
