摘要
煤焦油加氢装置加热炉混氢流程可以简单分为炉前混氢、炉后混氢与部分炉前混氢流程。通过对三种混氢流程进行多方面对比分析,结合其各自的优缺点,在考虑其事故状态下的安全处理、操作的方便性与可控性、投资成本的实际情况下,在装置设计阶段灵活且最优化的对加热炉混氢流程进行选择,确保装置建成开工后安稳长满优运行。
Hydrogen mixing process of heating furnace in coal tar hydrogenation unit can be simply divided into pre-furnace hydrogen mixing process,post-furnace hydrogen mixing process and partial pre-furnace hydrogen mixing process.By comparing and analyzing the three hydrogen mixing processes in many aspects,combined with their respective advantages and disadvantages,considering the actual situation of safety treatment,convenience and controllability of operation and investment cost under the condition of accident state,the hydrogen mixing process of heating furnace is selected flexibly and optimally in the design stage of the device,so as to ensure the stable,long and full optimal operation of the device after its completion and start-up.
