中山市典型污水处理厂碳排放核算研究

摘要 污水处理厂是环保领域主要的碳排放源,为助力实现我国的“双碳”目标,有必要通过开展污水处理厂碳排放核算与量化工作,摸清污水处理过程的资源能源消耗与碳排放底数,科学评估污水处理厂碳排放,深挖污水处理厂的节能降碳潜力。本研究选取了中山市典型污水处理厂作为研究对象,采用科学核算方法,基于污水处理厂年度运行数据,从直接排放和间接排放角度对污水处理厂进行碳排放综合核算。结果显示中嘉污水处理厂一、二期工程2022年污水处理过程的温室气体直接排放总量为6145.73tCO_(2)当量,全年因耗电所产生的温室气体间接排放为15081.65tCO_(2)当量,因相关药剂使用带来的温室气体间接排放总计为2164.52tCO_(2)当量。从结果可知,对于中嘉污水处理厂直接排放的温室气体,减少其排放会引起污水处理效果的不稳定,减排空间较小。对于间接排放,中嘉污水处理厂因耗电所产生的间接排放量最高,占比达68%,降碳潜力较大,后期可通过加强运营管理、智慧化运营、使用低耗能设备等多种方式降低能耗,进而减少间接温室气体排放量。 Sewage treatment plants are one of the main sources of carbon emissions in the field of environmental protection,therefore,in order to help achieve China's“dual carbon target”,it is necessary to carry out carbon emissions accounting and quantification of sewage treatment plants,find out the resource energy consumption and carbon emission bottom number of sewage treatment process,scientific assessment of carbon emissions of sewage treatment plants,and dig the potential of energy saving and carbon reduction of sewage treatment plants.In this study,a typical sewage treatment plant in Zhongshan City was selected as the research object.Based on the annual operation data of the sewage treatment plant,a scientific accounting method was adopted to conduct comprehensive carbon emission accounting for the sewage treatment plant from the perspective of direct discharge and indirect discharge.The results show that the total direct greenhouse gas emissions from the wastewater treatment process of the Zhongjia sewage Treatment Plant in 2022 are 6145.73 tCO_(2)-eq,and the indirect greenhouse gas emissions generated by electricity consumption in the whole year are 15,081.65 tCO_(2)-eq.Indirect greenhouse gas emissions from the use of related agents totaled 2164.52 tCO_(2)-eq.It can be seen from the results that for the greenhouse gas directly discharged from the Zhongjia sewage treatment plant,reducing its emissions will cause the instability of the sewage treatment effect and the emission reduction space is small.For indirect emissions,Zhongjia sewage treatment plant has the highest indirect emissions due to power consumption,accounting for 68%,and has great carbon reduction potential.In the later stage,energy consumption can be reduced by strengthening operation management,intelligent operation,and the use of low-energy equipment and other ways to reduce indirect greenhouse gas emissions.
