Z市餐厨垃圾焚烧厂污水处理与研究

Study on Wastewater Treatment of Kitchen Waste Incineration Plant in Z City

随着我国Z城市的高速发展,垃圾填埋逐渐退出历史舞台,生活中餐厨垃圾、厨余垃圾的集中收治与处理也随之成为一种减排方式。餐厨污水处理是城市众多餐厨企业在商业过程中对其产生的含油污水进行一定初步处理再进行排放的总称。餐厨污水中一般带有高浓度的油脂类物质,直接排放往往会对城市生活区域的管道、河流及河流生物产生巨大影响,使城市生活中的大气环境嗅味体验得不到稳定的保障。本文对Z市餐厨垃圾焚烧厂餐厨污水为例进行分析,通过预测分析餐厨污水的成分组成和季节变化,进行相应的工艺处理与评价,总结餐厨污水处理的过程,从而促进整体运行更好地发展。

With the rapid development of Z city in China,landfill has gradually withdrawn from the historical stage,and the centralized treatment and treatment of kitchen waste and kitchen waste in daily life has become a way of emission reduction.Kitchen sewage treatment is a general term for many kitchen enterprises in the city to carry out preliminary treatment of oily sewage produced in the commercial process before discharge.Kitchen sewage generally contains a high concentration of grease,direct discharge often has a huge impact on pipelines,rivers and river organisms in urban living areas,so that the experience of atmospheric environment in urban life can not be guaranteed stably.In this paper,the kitchen sewage from the kitchen waste incineration plant in Z city was analyzed as an example.Through the prediction and analysis of the composition and seasonal changes of the kitchen sewage,corresponding process and evaluation were carried out,and the process of kitchen sewage treatment was summarized,so as to promote the better development of the overall operation.
