钙钛矿LED材料、器件制备及性能测试综合实验设计

摘要 当前国内LED产业高速发展,但与此不相符的是,国内高素质LED技术人才短缺的问题日益凸显。为了加快培养能够迅速适应企业和社会需求的高素质应用型人才,我们通过综合实验与训练实践课程,重点培养学生的专业知识基础、仪器操作技能和团队协作意识。在教师科学实验与实践活动的基础上,我们整合和精简了实践教学环节,提炼材料并切分研究内容,将原本流程复杂、繁琐且科研方式复杂的钙钛矿LED研发设计转化为适合本科生进行综合实验的教学项目。这个项目涵盖了材料和器件的设计、材料表征和性能检测等多个主要的训练内容和实践方法,形成了一个内容创新前沿、对基本实验技术和综合运用能力要求较高的综合型教学实践项目。通过该项目的实施,使学生的实践动手能力和综合创新能力得到有效培养。 In recent years,the LED industry has developed rapidly,but high-quality LED technical talents are in short supply in China.In order to accelerate the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate talents who can quickly adapt to enterprises,integrate into the enterprise society and have higher technical literacy,we design perovskite LED research and development as a teaching project suitable for undergraduate comprehensive experiments.Perovskite LED research and development process are complex,complicated process,scientific research method is complex and changeable.On the basis of a large number of scientific experiments and practical activities,with the main goal of cultivating students'solid professional knowledge foundation,instrument operation skills and teamwork consciousness,we integrate relevant processes,simplify practical teaching links,refine materials and divide research content.The project included many main training contents and practice methods such as material and device design,material characterization and performance detection,forming a comprehensive teaching practice project with cutting-edge content innovation and high requirements for basic experimental technology and comprehensive application ability,which can effectively cultivate students'practical ability and comprehensive innovation ability.
