深化新时代职业教育评价改革研究

摘要 深化新时代职业教育评价改革,有利于促进职业教育质量提升、推动人才培养模式创新、提高职业教育社会认可度,对提升高职院校综合办学实力和社会影响力有着积极的实践意义。通过对江苏5所高职院校的调研,采用文献研究、调查研究和统计分析等方法,着重分析职业教育评价改革在机制体制、需求目标、资源保障、质量成效等方面存在的问题,从完善体制机制、推进教育教学、聚焦产教融合、加快科技研发、深化师资队伍、强化综合质效等六个方面入手,提出深化新时代职业教育评价改革的实施路径,以期更好地推动现代职业教育体系建设,促进高职教育高质量内涵式发展。 Deepening the reform of vocational education evaluation in the new era is conducive to promoting the improvement of vocational education quality,innovating talent cultivation models,enhancing the social recognition of vocational education.It has positive practical significance for enhancing the comprehensive educational strength and social influence of vocational colleges.Through a survey of five vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,using methods such as literature research,survey research and statistical analysis,this study focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the mechanism and system,demand goals,resource guarantee,quality and effectiveness concerning the reform of vocational education evaluation.From six aspects of improving institutional mechanisms,promoting education and teaching,focusing on industry education integration,accelerating scientific and technological research and development,deepening the teaching staff,and strengthening comprehensive quality and efficiency,this study proposes an implementation path for deepening the reform of vocational education evaluation in the new era,in order to better promote the construction of modern vocational education system and promote the high quality and connotative development of vocational education.
