社会力量赋能超大城市城中村改造研究:基于空间治理视角

Research on the Empowerment of Social Forces for Urban Village Renovation in Mega Cities:From the Perspective of Spatial Governance

从政治社会学的“国家—社会”理论视角出发,解析中国本土语境下的国家—社会相互赋权的研究共识以及空间治理理论中社会力量的崛起。提出新一轮城中村改造亟须突破政府—市场的二元治理困境,发挥村民(村集体)等社会主体的力量,与市场力量相结合,同时政府在规划赋权与资金支持方面对社会自主改造进行赋能,为社会、政府、市场的角色转型探索有效的治理创新路径。

From the theoretical perspective of nation-society in political sociology,the research consensus of nation-society mutual empowerment in China's context and the emergence of social forces in spatial governance theory are analyzed.In consideration of the government-market dual governance dilemma in urban village renovation,it is argued that social forces such as villagers(village collective entity)shall combine with market forces,being empowered by the government in planning power delegation and funding support in urban village self-renovation,and explore effective governance path for the role transition of society,government,and market.
