中国乡村振兴水平的指标构建、测度评价及时空演变

The Index Construction,Measurement and Evaluation,and Spatial-temporal Evolution of China's Rural Revitalization Level

基于乡村振兴战略产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕5大维度,构建乡村振兴水平评价指标体系,以2009—2020年我国31个省份面板数据为研究样本,采用综合指数法测算乡村振兴水平,利用Dagum基尼系数法分析乡村振兴的区域差异。研究发现:中国乡村振兴水平在总体上呈逐步上升态势,各地区乡村振兴水平呈动态增长态势,乡村振兴战略取得积极成效;全国和各区域乡村振兴水平差异均有不同程度缩小,区域内差异呈东部>中部>西部的特征;乡村振兴水平整体的差异主要源于区域间差异,东部与西部区域间的差异大于东部与中部、中部与西部的差异。相关结果可为全面了解乡村振兴战略实施情况和促进区域乡村振兴协调发展提供参考。

Based on the five dimensions of rural revitalization strategy,the evaluation index system of rural revitalization level is constructed.Taking the panel data of 31 provinces from 2009 to 2020 as the research sample,the comprehensive index method is used to measure the level of rural revitalization in China,and the Dagum Gini coefficient method is used to show the regional differences of rural revitalization.It is found that the level of rural revitalization in China has gradually increased in general,the level of rural revitalization in various regions has shown a dynamic growth trend,and the rural revitalization strategy has achieved positive results.National and regional differences in the level of rural revitalization have both decreased to varying degrees,and the differences within the region are characterized by eastern>central>western;the inter-regional difference is the main source of the overall difference in the level of rural revitalization,and the east-west difference is greater than east-middle difference and middle-west difference.It provides a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the coordinated development of regional rural revitalization.
