“三全育人”理念下高校劳动教育途径探析

Paths of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities under the Concept of“Three Wide Education”

“三全育人”是随着我国教育改革的深入发展,由传统的全面育人思想演变而来的行之有效的教育理念,是长期以来所提倡和实行的素质教育在新形势下的创新。“三全育人”的根本目的在于育人,其核心理念在于以人为本,以学生发展为中心,形成学校、家庭、社会等多方合作和协调的全面育人思想,是大学教书育人、立德树人的具体体现。“三全育人”为学校教书育人打开了广阔途径,也为学校劳动教育提供了新的实施理念和具体的工作思路。劳动教育作为高校五育教育内容之一,在丰富思政课堂教学内容特别是实践活动方面具有特殊的意义。以“三全育人”为理念,尝试全员参与、全程进行、全方位展开劳动教育,使劳动教育在“三全育人”理念的正确指导下得以更好地发展,努力实现为社会主义建设事业培养高素质建设者的人才培养目标。

With the in-depth development of China’s education reform,“three wide education”(the whole staff education,the whole process education,all-round education)is an eff ective educational concept evolved from the traditional all-round education thought,and is viewed as the innovation of quality education advocated and implemented for a long time in the new situation.The fundamental purpose of“three wide education”is to educate people,its core idea is people-oriented,centered on the development of students,and thus forms the comprehensive education thought by cooperating and coordinating school,family,society and other parties,which is the concrete embodiment of university teaching and educating people,moral cultivation.“Three wide education”opens a broad way for school teaching and education,and provides a new implementation concept and concrete working ideas for school labor education.As one of the fi ve education contents in colleges and universities,labor education has special signifi cance in enriching ideological and political classroom teaching content,especially in practical activities.Guided by the concept of“three wide education”,labor education should be carried out with full participation,full process and all-round development,so that it can be better developed,and strive to achieve the talent training goal of cultivating high-quality builders for the cause of socialist construction.
