摘要
以壬基酚、单质硫为原料,以过硫酸铵为促进剂,通过交联反应合成了壬基酚单硫化合物;将其作为添加剂加入到基础油中,评价其极压性能、抗磨性能及抗氧化性能。结果表明,壬基酚单硫化合物的最佳合成条件如下:反应时间为40 min、反应温度为160℃、过硫酸铵与壬基酚物质的量比为0.5、单质硫与壬基酚物质的量比为0.4;壬基酚单硫化合物具有良好的极压性能、抗磨性能及抗氧化性能。
Taking nonylphenol and elemental sulfur as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as an accelerator,we synthesized a nonylphenol monosulfide compound by crosslinking reaction,then added it to the base oil as an additive to evaluate its extreme-pressure,anti-wear,and anti-oxidation properties.The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions are as follows:the reaction time is 40 min,the reaction temperature is 160℃,the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate to nonylphenol is 0.5,and the molar ratio of elemental sulfur to nonylphenol is 0.4.Nonylphenol monosulfide compound has good extreme-pressure,anti-wear,and anti-oxidation properties.
