PLC技术在数控机床检修中的应用

摘要 随着我国科技的发展,数控机床快速升级,其内部的电子元器件数量大幅增加,作业精密度不断提高。针对数控机床的运行特点,通过分析PLC技术在数控机床检修中的应用原理,对其应用场景进行了阐述,并结合案例分析归纳了PLC技术的应用要点,以期为数控机床的日常维护和故障维修提供一定参考。 With the development of science and technology in our country,CNC machine tools are constantly upgrading,and the number of electronic components inside them has increased significantly,resulting in a continuous improvement in operational precision.Based on the operating characteristics of CNC machine tools,this article analyzes the application principles of PLC technology in CNC machine tool maintenance,elaborates on its application scenarios,and summarizes the application points of PLC technology through case analysis,in order to provide some reference for the daily maintenance and fault repair of CNC machine tools.
