人类致病真菌细胞外囊泡在免疫调节中的研究进展

Progress of human pathogenic fungal extracellular vesicles in immune regulation

摘要 细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles,EVs)是一组细胞分泌的纳米囊泡,在细胞间的通讯中发挥重要作用。研究指出,人类致病真菌释放的细胞外囊泡在调节宿主免疫反应方面发挥重要作用。它们可以与宿主免疫系统相互作用并引发多种结果,进而影响真菌感染疾病的进展,具有临床应用于真菌感染治疗的潜力。现就常见的人类致病真菌EVs在免疫激活与免疫抑制中的作用作一概述,并展望真菌囊泡临床应用的前景。 Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are a group of cell-secreted nanovesicles that play an important role in intercellular communication.A number of studies have indicated that EVs released by human pathogenic fungi play an important role in regulating the host immune response.They can interact with the host immune system and trigger a variety of outcomes,which in turn influence the progression of fungal infection disease,and have potential for clinical application in the treatment of fungal infections.In this review,we provide a summary of the roles of EVs of common human pathogenic fungi in immune activation and immunosuppression,and look forward to the prospect of the clinical application of fungal vesicles,aiming to provide a reference for further studies in the future.
