基于OBE理念的非全日制研究生培养模式研究

摘要 随着国家为非全日制研究生在报考、培养和就业方面提供制度保障,非全日制研究生报考人数逐年上升,但当前非全日制研究生培养存在培养质量不高的客观现实,急需对当前培养模式进行改革。本文通过介绍非全日制研究生培养存在的困境和OBE理念引入非全日制研究生培养的必要性,分析非全日制研究生培养模式重构的意义。 As the state provides institutional guarantee for the application,training and employment of part-time graduate students,the number of part-time graduate students is increasing year by year.However,the objective reality of the current training quality of part-time graduate students is not high,and it is urgent to reform the current training mode.This paper analyzes the significance of reconstructing the training mode of part-time graduate students by introducing the dilemma of part-time graduate student training and the necessity of introducing OBE concept into part-time graduate student training.
