高校智库在俄罗斯智库中有着举足轻重的地位,在俄罗斯联邦经济社会发展政策、公共政策、外交政策制定的过程中发挥重要作用。以莫斯科国立国际关系学院为研究对象,从其发展历程、研究领域、智库现状等方面系统分析其智库建设的措施和经验,探讨以莫斯科国立国际关系学院为代表的俄罗斯高校智库发展模式对中国高校智库的启示,以期为提升中国特色新型高校智库服务政府决策能力方面提供借鉴。

University think tanks play a pivotal role in Russian think tanks,and in the formulation of social-economic development policies,public policies,and foreign policies of the Russian Federation.Taking the Moscow State Institute of International Relations as the research object,systematically analyze the measures and experience of its think tank construction from the aspects of its development history,research fields,and the current situation of think tanks,and explore the impact of the development model of Russian university think tanks represented by the Moscow State Institute of International Relations on Chinese universities.The enlightenment of think tanks is expected to provide reference for improving the ability of new university think tanks with Chinese characteristics to serve government decision-making.
