基于扎根理论的我国图书资料专业职称评审条件的评价维度及导向研究

摘要 基于扎根理论,借助质性分析软件NVivo12plus,对我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的图书资料专业研究馆员职称评审条件文本进行编码分析。抽取出4个基本评价维度:思想政治与道德品质、基本资格、业务水平以及科研水平,梳理出以德为先,优先高学历人员,鼓励长期从事图书资料专业工作,分类评价,关注专业人员工作对社会和行业发挥实际作用,鼓励潜心研究长期沉淀,“重论文”而不“唯论文”的导向,以及重成果轻实效的导向。分析了目前职称评审条件还可能存在加剧职业倦怠,导致馆员职业发展“功利主义”,团队合力难以凝聚等潜在风险。 Utilizing grounded theory and qualitative analysis software NVivo12plus,this study conducts a coding analysis of the research librarian title assessment criteria across 31 provinces(autonomous regions,and municipalities)in China.Four fundamental evaluation dimensions are identified:ideology and morality,basic qualifications,professional competence,and research capability.The study outlines several guiding principles,including prioritizing moral character,favoring highly educated individuals,encouraging long-term dedication to library and information science,implementing differentiated evaluations,emphasizing the practical impact of professionals'work on society and the industry,and promoting thorough,long-term research.The study also highlights a shift from"paper-centric"evaluations to a more balanced approach and analyzes of potential risks such as exacerbating professional burnout,fostering a utilitarian approach to career development,and hindering team cohesion.
