摘要
基于扎根理论,借助质性分析软件NVivo12plus,对我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的图书资料专业研究馆员职称评审条件文本进行编码分析。抽取出4个基本评价维度:思想政治与道德品质、基本资格、业务水平以及科研水平,梳理出以德为先,优先高学历人员,鼓励长期从事图书资料专业工作,分类评价,关注专业人员工作对社会和行业发挥实际作用,鼓励潜心研究长期沉淀,“重论文”而不“唯论文”的导向,以及重成果轻实效的导向。分析了目前职称评审条件还可能存在加剧职业倦怠,导致馆员职业发展“功利主义”,团队合力难以凝聚等潜在风险。
Utilizing grounded theory and qualitative analysis software NVivo12plus,this study conducts a coding analysis of the research librarian title assessment criteria across 31 provinces(autonomous regions,and municipalities)in China.Four fundamental evaluation dimensions are identified:ideology and morality,basic qualifications,professional competence,and research capability.The study outlines several guiding principles,including prioritizing moral character,favoring highly educated individuals,encouraging long-term dedication to library and information science,implementing differentiated evaluations,emphasizing the practical impact of professionals'work on society and the industry,and promoting thorough,long-term research.The study also highlights a shift from"paper-centric"evaluations to a more balanced approach and analyzes of potential risks such as exacerbating professional burnout,fostering a utilitarian approach to career development,and hindering team cohesion.
