公共图书馆数字阅读服务调查与分析——以青岛市图书馆为例

摘要 青岛市图书馆的数字阅读读者需求与满意度问卷调查结果显示:数字资源服务具有一定的普及度,但推广的针对性和创新性有限;数字资源获取途径多样,但实际使用率较低;数字资源内容架构完整,但与读者需求匹配尚有差距;数字阅读活动种类丰富,但个性化、多元化的活动形式缺乏。公共图书馆的数字阅读服务策略可从以下方面改进:以读者需求为导向,建立健全数字资源服务机制;创新数字阅读活动形式,提供个性化、多元化的阅读服务;制定有效的数字阅读推广策略,注重宣传渠道的融合性;提升用户体验,激发用户持续兴趣与探索欲。 A questionnaire survey on the digital reading needs and satisfaction of readers at Qingdao Library reveals that while digital resource services are somewhat popular,their promotion lacks focus and innovation.Although there are various ways to access digital resources,their actual usage rate is relatively low.The content structure of digital resources is comprehensive,but it does not fully align with readers'needs.Although there is a variety of digital reading activities,there is a lack of personalized and diverse activity formats.To improve public library digital reading services,strategies should include:focusing on reader needs to establish and improve service mechanism of digital resources;innovating digital reading activity formats to offer personalized and diverse reading services;devising effective digital reading promotion strategies with an emphasis on integrating promotional channels;and improving user experience to stimulate sustained interest and exploration.
