Research Progress on MZ-Sagnac Interferometric Distributed Optical Fiber Vibration Sensing Technology

马赫-曾德尔-萨格纳克(MZ-Sagnac)干涉型分布式光纤振动传感技术因具有稳定性高、通用性好、结构简单、部署方便等优点而得到广泛使用。本文总结了近年来MZ-Sagnac干涉型分布式光纤振动传感技术的研究进展,系统地阐述了MZ-Sagnac干涉型分布式光纤振动传感技术的基本原理和实际应用,比较了近年来相关工作的性能指标,并展望了MZ-Sagnac干涉型分布式光纤振动传感技术未来的发展方向。

MachZehnderSagnac(MZSagnac)interferometric distributed optical fiber vibration sensing technique is a widely used interferometric distributed optical fiber sensing technique,which has the advantages of high stability,good versatility,simple structure,and easy to deploy.This paper summarizes the research progress on MZSagnac interferometric distributed optical fiber vibration sensing technology in recent years,systematically describes the basic principles and practical applications of MZSagnac interferometric distributed optical fiber sensing technology,compares the performance of relevant works,and looks forward to the future development of MZSagnac interferometric distributed optical fiber vibration sensing technology.
