This article briefly describes the significance of enhancing the online public opinion leadership of university counselors,including the significance for student groups,university management,and counselor team construction.Then analyze the shortcomings in the current management of online public opinion in universities,mainly manifested in the relatively small discourse power of online ideological and political education of university counselors,the need to improve the training system for the online public opinion leadership of university counselors,the insufficient guarantee mechanism for the online public opinion leadership of university counselors,the lack of smooth channels for online expression of university students,and the lack of effective multi-party cooperation mechanisms.Finally,specific paths are proposed to enhance the online public opinion leadership of university counselors,including improving their discourse power in ideological and political education on the internet,establishing a training system for the online public opinion leadership of university counselors,improving the guarantee mechanism for the online public opinion leadership of university counselors,achieving bidirectional symmetrical communication on online platforms,strengthening multi-party cooperation,and forming a collaborative force for guidance.
