基于OBE教育理念的“双主四环五阶”工学一体化教学模式探究

摘要 高质量教育的核心在于培养高质量的人才,而培养高质量应用型人才的关键在于如何实现工学结合、理实结合。文章分析成果导向教育(OBE)的内涵,探讨中职电气自动化设备安装与维修专业教学存在的问题,指出“双主:产教融合、校企合作”“四环:岗课赛证对接,理实赛一体化教学”“五阶:装—调—维—改—评,促进学生能力递进培养”是构建工学一体化教学模式的主要策略,更是实现学校与行业企业协同育人的最佳途径。 The core of high-quality education lies in cultivating high-quality talents,and the key to cultivating high-quality applied talents lies in how to achieve the combination of engineering and practice.The article analyzes the connotation of Outcome Based Education(OBE)and explores the problems in teaching the installation and maintenance of electrical automation equipment in secondary vocational schools.It points out that"dual focus:integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation","four links:integration of job,course,competition,and certification,integration of theory,practice,and competition",and"five levels:installation adjustment maintenance improvement evaluation,promoting the progressive development of students'abilities"are the main strategies for building an integrated teaching model of engineering,and are also the best way to achieve collaborative education between schools and industry enterprises.
